RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. However, if defects are found in the product that were not shown or described in the photos and descriptions, please contact our customer E-mail at [support@livecursed.com] and provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photos of the item and order number.
Please note that size exchange may be considered, subject to availability, so long as the party agrees to be responsible for shipping and returns the item in perfect condition. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, please contact our E-mail within 30 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process. The item must be returned in its original condition as when it was received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
